This home is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers. Its a fully renovated home with luxurious furniture throughout!
It is perfectly located in the heart of the hollywood hills next to Lake Hollywood, west hollywood, Hollywood Bowl, Ford Amphitheater, Universal and all of la.
huge, three level home! There is two living spaces in the home. The first living space is on the first floor, second living space is on the second floor. There are three bedrooms and one office for all executive needs. The kitchen is located in the second floor. Three bedrooms are located on third floor. Two bedrooms have en-suite facilities, one stands alone. The office is also on the third floor. A full bathroom is also on the third floor. There is also a two level back patio. It is very private with a gazebo canopy furniture and bbq grill. You also do not have to worry about parking- There is a secure, two car garage for your use.
Check in: anytime after 4pm
Checkout time? before 11am
-Respect my home as it were yours. Treat my belongings with extra care.
-No loud noise after 10 pm.
-Max two cars per stay. absolutely no double parking
-If any dishes were used, they belong in the dishwasher prior to departure.
-No food in Living Spaces (living room 1 & 2). You have a beautiful dining room and breakfast bar in the kitchen.
-All doors and windows must be closed and locked prior to departure.
-No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed only outside in the back patios. There will be an additional fee if smoking took place inside the house.
-No illegal drugs in the house.
-Lady guests, please do not flush feminine hygiene products. Also, do not use our towels to remove your make up- we will charge $10 per stained towel.
If you do bring a furry friend, please make sure they are properly trained. Make sure to pick up after your fur baby and that they do not rest on my furniture or play with my furniture please :]
Furry friend fee of $50 for whole stay.
